Our ClientOur client a residential aged care provider in country NSW is seeking applicants with experience in complaints resolution, settling disputes within an aged care setting. Our client is changing its approach to the way it deals with complaints from residents, staff and families in response to recommendation by The Aged Care Quality Standard Agency with proposed amendment/supplementary of the Complaints Procedure.The RoleThe successful applicant does not necessarily have to be from a nursing background, but more importantly will be focused on seeking resolutions and will be required to liaise with different parties and external organisations and to assist with Continuous Quality Improvement handling systems and integrate them into broader customer service processes.Experience working within the Aged Care Complaints Commission, Australian Aged Care Quality Standard Agency or experience as Complaints Manager/Officer within different government bodies including local councils will be highly regarded.The successful applicant will have experience in complaints handling, be knowledgeable in aged care laws and guidelines, staff training and have a good understanding of data capture and an ability to analyse complaints data for the purpose of business improvement. You will be experienced in investigating complex complaints and have first class oral and written communication skills.This is an opportunity to set a benchmark for our client in the establishment of new policy and procedure to deliver great outcomes for the community and improved performance by the facility.  Travel and assistance with accommodation will be provided         40 AUD Australia - NSW Sydney CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs Sydney 2000
