You will be a passionate and influential individual with commercial focus who enjoys maximising your industry connections to place great people into great jobs.The Position:Working full 360 degree recruitment role with time spent building both candidate and client relationships in the Health and Aged Care sector.Providing end-to-end quality recruitment solutions with a consultative approach.Leading strategic and targeted recruitment campaigns for all areas of the business;Proactively identifying talent and creating and managing up-to-date talent pools;Work closely with our Nursing Agency arm of the business to maximize existing relationships and identify new businessWith our support, you will build your own network of candidates and clients, conduct interviews and build relationships on the telephone and in person. Ultimately, you will play to your strengths in an environment where you can be yourself!The role also provides the opportunity to work alongside and learn from senior recruitment professionals and leaders.
