For now, ten years, CBNA has established its name as a provider of high quality, personalised agency and contract recruitment services to Aged Care clients across Victoria. Due to internal growth and client demand we are now seeking a Part time Customer service focussed, experienced Allocator to be part of our Agency team! You will want to be apart of a successful and driven team and be an integral part of our growing business. You are passionate, influential and confident with strong customer service experience!   Key Responsibilities in the role: Working directly with facilities across Victoria to accept and confirm shift bookingsBuilding strong relationships with our Nursing staff Inputting correct and up to date data into our systemProactively calling facilities and engaging with them for any requirements they haveUpdating staff availability with a proactive approachAssisting staff with adhoc inquiries (payroll, feedback etc)Your Background: We are looking for people who are career driven, resilient and are excellent at building strong rapport with clients and staff. You genuinely love talking to and working with people to provide the best outcomes! You must be available on a rotating roster across seven days with the expectation of working one weekend shift a fortnight. You also must possess:  Strong customer service background, predominantly over the phoneExperienced in rostering/scheduling roleExcellent communication skills verbally and as well as writtenTech savvy, can pick up systems quicklyCollaborative team playerStrong time management skills, can be flexible and prioritiseAMAZING problem solving skills, able to ‘look outside the box!’What’s in it for you? We happily provide full training in this role including ongoing support- you wont be thrown in the deep end!
