You will want to be apart of a successful and driven team and be an integral part of our growing business. You are passionate, influential and confident with strong customer service experience!   Key Responsibilities in the role: Working directly with facilities across Victoria to accept and confirm shift bookingsBuilding strong relationships with our Nursing staff Inputting correct and up to date data into our systemProactively calling facilities and engaging with them for any requirements they haveUpdating staff availability with a proactive approachAssisting staff with adhoc inquiries (payroll, feedback etc)Your Background: We are looking for people who are career driven, resilient and are excellent at building strong rapport with clients and staff. You genuinely love talking to and working with people to provide the best outcomes! You must be available on a rotating roster across seven days with the expectation of working one weekend shift a fortnight.
