These positions have an immediate start available, with multiple roles available in several locations.To be considered for this role you must hold a Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA, with a 2+ years of experience within a similar/same role.This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a residential home as the second in charge of the home to the manager with an excellent team and high staff morale.Your roles responsibilities includeAbility to lead and support the team to deliver optimal results to residents.Coordinating care planning development and review to ensure all care requirements are consultative and effective.Ensuring the service delivery meets all Accreditation StandardsPreparing accurate and timely ACFI documentation.Driving continuous improvement activities relevant to clinical care.Leading all staff members responsible for the delivery of care to residents.You will be required to haveCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with APHRAHigh levels of autonomy in clinical and professional practiceThe ability to assess, document, and implement residents care plans to a high levelPerform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the clinical and multidisciplinary health care teamsStrong relationship building skills with residents and their familiesAdvanced knowledge of the ACFI* All applicants must provide evidence of their right to work in Australia and a valid National Police Check*  55 AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Lysterfield 3156
