We are looking for an experienced and highly passionate Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.About the role:Reporting to the Home Manager located in Belrose NSW, we currently assisting our clients in the placement for a Clinical Care Coordinator with very strong leadership and clinical skills to assist the home to accrediation. The successful applicants will possess:Have previous experience as a Care Manager in Aged Care, with clinical experienceHave previous experience working across the assessment and management of behaviourHave sound knowledge of ACFI documentation and Commonwealth standards;The capacity to work well autonomously and lead and delegate in a team environment;Have the ability to educate and mentor others in the clinical environment;Be reliable and adaptable, motivated and committed to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement;A current registration with AHPRA and entitlement to work full-time in Australia;Hold a current Victorian or Federal Police CertificateWhat’s in it for you?
