Committed to the Best Practice mindset, they are widely regarded as an employer of choice and dedicated to the delivery of a holistic, person-centered service for their clients.  They encourage a rich learning culture and development opportunities for all employees to help them fulfill their potential. The PositionAs the Facility Manager for this NFP aged care group with sites across Victoria, the desired candidate will be an altruistic, energetic, and ambitious individual looking to consolidate and build on your leadership and management skills to drive and lead this facility.With strong support from a variety of stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the facility through a high-quality level of care and service.Ensuring safe practices met with full compliance, ensuring accreditation standards and regulatory requirements are consistently maintained and more importantly communications and care processes are delivered to keep our residents and families informed and continuously monitoring clinical care to implement improvements.The role offers an enormous opportunity to innovate and embed the new standards into both culture and practice. The successful candidate will drive performance through outstanding people leadership, instilling a high-performance culture throughout the facility to ensure residents receive the best quality care and services, employees are continuously engaged, and commercial goals are met. Who are we looking for?Along with your passionate and caring nature, you will bring a successful track recording in:Registered Nurse Division 1 or Tertiary qualification in related field (Nursing, Health or Aged Care)A minimum of 3 years leading and managing employee and resident experience in an aged care home.Strong clinical background is ideal, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Standards.Someone who leads by example in approaching complex issues & leading individuals to a successful resolution.Experience managing financial operations in an aged care facility. Proven ability to:Develop and implement a continuous improvement system to ensure quality outcomes for clients and staff and a culture of service excellence.Provide leadership and coaching to all staff reporting to you.Leads strategically: Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the system.Makes insightful decisions: Makes considered, ethical and courageous decisions based on insight into the broader context.Builds enduring relationships: Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes.What’s on the offer?Appealing salary packageGenuine team culture with a supportive senior managerWorking for a value-driven, growing organisation* All applicants must provide evidence of their right to work in Australia and a valid National Police Check* 130000 AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Eastern Suburbs Doncaster East 3109
