Registered Nurse | Fixed Term Full Time | Contract Available!Monday – Friday (4 Management & 1 Clinical shift per week)About the roleThe Aged Care organisation we are working with are focusing on the future as a well-resourced, well prepared and well-structured health serviceDuties Skills & Experience:>Supports the Unit Manager in the delivery of Resident centred care: assessment, planning, documentation and evaluation>Implement the plan of care for each client & ensure the residents' response to these directives is evaluated, communicated & documented in the progress notes>Communicates well between all members of the team & leads by example to promote a professional, compassionate approach to care>Demonstrates experience of aged care or relevant nursing experience>Commitment to keeping up with current professional practice and knowledge of industry standards> Current AHPRA registration>ACFI documentation knowledgeQualifications:   EssentialA tertiary qualification in Nursing Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)Experience and or interest in an area relevant to aged care Experience:        EssentialCapacity to provide a high standard of clinical nursing skills in monitoring, evaluation, problem solving, decision making and case management.Demonstrated knowledge of medical management and needs of clients.Experience working within the aged care sector.Experience in developing individual care plans.Good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills * All applicants must provide evidence of their right to work in Australia and a valid National Police Check* 110000 AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Saint Arnaud 3478
