Our Client:This is an opportunistic role for a roaming Facility Manager who can provide continuous support and manage operational functions within a very well-known NFP organisation across 10+ Residential Aged Care Homes. With a supportive executive team together with warm-natured leaders in the aged care industry, you will join a team to be reckoned with.The PositionThis role provides freedom, diversity, and the chance to utilise your well-honed expertise in Aged Care. Your purpose will be to provide support to all facilities with this provider, in a whole range of capacities. The ideal applicant will get to travel between the homes promoting unity, sharing good practice, and improving care across the state.Visiting different sites with strategic development platforms, you will never get the same day twice. From stepping into clinical support for a day on the floor, enrolling new policies and procedures, or educating and developing staff, this role will have scope for a genuine influential leader.
