The perm desk has longstanding clients as well as new clients approaching us directly. You are passionate, influential and confident with a commercial focus who enjoys maximising your industry connections to place great people into great jobs! Key Responsibilities in the role: Working full 360 degree recruitment role with time spent building both Candidate and Client Relationships in the Health and Aged Care sector.Working with and building rapport with candidates in Senior roles including Facility Managers, CEOs, Directors of Nursing and clinical careWorking alongside National Aged Care brands to small stand alone facilities, providing end to end recruitment solutions in a consultative approachReverse marketing strong candidates into hot jobsLeading strategic and targeted recruitment campaigns for all areas of the business;Proactively identifying talent and creating and managing up-to-date talent pools;Work closely with our Nursing Agency arm of the business to maximize existing strong relationships and identify new business Your Background: We are looking for someone who is career driven, resilient and has excellent business acumen.   • Previous recruitment experience (2+ years) in a like-minded industry advantageous

  • Strong experience with recruitment platforms, JobAdder advantageous
  • LinkedIn recruiter and Seek Talent experience
  • Display strong work ethic and determination to achieve results
